Self Levelling Epoxy Screeds

Floor screeding is the process of providing a finished surface to any substrate, such as a concrete floor.

Self levelling epoxy screeds provide a maximum level of performance, durability and versatility when dealing with a broad range of project specific variables.

The formulation of these systems is based on a 100% solids (solvent free) epoxy with various fillers and pigments.

These systems are applied at a thickness ranging from 1mm to 4mm depending on the project specification.

The use of these systems in conjunction with our epoxy coves, build-up screeds  and even our specialised drainage system results in a highly durable and versatile topping.

The use of these systems provides a versatile and speedy solution for numerous concrete repair projects in which the need for the resistance of epoxies to chemicals and physical environment is not required, such as rectification of old and irregular floors in preparation to receive subsequent epoxy or other simular coatings.

As with overlays this range of cementitious products offers economical solutions where the need for durability is minimal in specifications which call for carpet, tiles or vinyl.
