When the BEA Motors project was being conceived, only the finest fixtures and fittings could ever be considered to finish this prominent new facility – and of course to complement their luxurious automobiles!.
Project Manager Candetti Constructions naturally decided to continue its successful association with Poly-Tech, sub contracting Poly-Tech to supply and apply the specified epoxy system to the new workshop and service areas.
Candetti had full confidence with Poly-Tech in knowing with their impeccable project history that a superior finish would be achieved exactly to the architect’s design and specifications, to the manufacturer’s technical data and of course, to budget.
Poly-Tech effectively coordinated the application of the 1800m2 flooring and the highly visible walkway and line marking in a professional and timely matter. This has provided the BEA service team with not only a spectacular looking floor – one that couldn’t be farther from an old fashioned grease monkey environment, but a floor that has significantly protected their owners investment whilst providing a safe, bright and inviting environment for all.
