Steve Church - Founding Director

 

Steve Church has progressively developed an infrastructure where specialized knowledge and experience is paramount for the continued growth and success of Poly-Tech.   With his 25 years experience in the research and development of systems, solutions are provided for the increasing and varied problems associated within the concrete repair industry.   He recognizes employees as an integral part of its success and therefore invests in professional development as well as safety. Steve admits a significant component of the overall success of Poly-Tech is the contribution of its highly professional and experienced administrative team whose key role is to ensure the ever increasing demands of OH&S, Policy and Procedure legislation and industry requirements are met.

 

Tony Wellington – General Manager of Sales and Marketing

As General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Poly-Tech, Tony Wellington is responsible for growing the business by increasing sales and driving the overall marketing and business development strategy for the product line. In this role, he oversees the positioning and promotion of the company's vast flooring solutions, as well as the revenue-generating activities of the sales team. Since joining the company in 1998 Tony has been a driving force behind Poly-Tech's success - helping to solidify its position as the leading concrete flooring system industry.

Having been involved in the building and construction industry for 29 years, it's only fitting that Peter is now the General Manager of Projects and Operations of Poly-Tech. Peter embarked on his own business as a carpenter and builder before joining Poly-Tech in 1997 where he started out by 'working on the tools'. Twelve years on and managing all projects Peter is a problem solver and a vital skill in an industry filled with projects that are short on time and high on expectations. Peter's goal is to make Poly-Tech one of the national most respected and reliable flooring contractors.
